I see there is a lot of celebrating going on about reaching "100 Posts". As someone who has perhaps made only 10 posts, can I just say that I think it should be all about "Quality, not Quantity". I feel the need to speak out for our less "vocal" team members. ;)

there are no 'rights' about who should have more posts. its just how much you do.
