i had a power blackout on saturday night, and my cable modem blew up :cry:

so i'm off the air for a short time until I get a replacement..... i'm getting an old modem from a friend, so i should be back in action tonight or tomorrow night (tuesday night) :D

it was v sad yesterday not having cable - i kind of felt isolated.... lol.... cable is soooo goooood..... isn't it evidence ;) rotfl

and it's v sad i can't run steam either cos no internet - how dumb is that! makes me appreciate what ppl without a permanent connection to the net say all the time.... yep, steam is bad :(

my CS server was busy producing nav files for the 1.6 beta bots, but it's not on UPS cos my current UPS can only hold 2 PC's, and it's my other PC's that r on it :P - so i can't make more nav files until i get connected again

but hopefully i'll get this replacement modem, and maybe even a bigger UPS ;) and all will be good again soon :D

My modem was busted but is all fixed now, and prolly better than ever :D

Phew!!!!! What a relief.... and I'm so glad I didn't have to stoop so low as to resort to dial-up!!! :eek: (soz Evidence! ;) )
