Actually, I go to the gym to keep myself fit and tone up.

Also, just FYI, I now weigh 88kg. I've not been below 90kg since I was 14; I'm 25 now.

And my body fat % is 20%. A guy my age should be anywhere from 18% to 24% to be healthy. So it's all good.

And I like steak.
