Omgasl - My Clans hosting and SQL database.

Hi, I have seemed to lose all of my details for my teams webspace (the ftp login:pw) and also it's MySQL database details. I have an idea what the login was for both, but passwords and other details are as good as gone. :( The account is http://nb.ozclans.com/
