RAID 3 is great (wish I had it!!) cos it's fault tolerant - if u lose a drive you can swap a new one in and the system will rebuild it for u without losing anything at all - that's what RAID is all about really (R stands for Redundant - and that redundancy means u don't lose data if u use redundancy
