considering the small amount of people that actually use the program i don't think these companies are really going to worry that much about changing there ip but yes it is possible.
from what i have learned when these anti p2p companies do change its usually within the same range of ip's that they all ready currently own but don't use all of them (or so i am told) and the program blocks taht entire range.

i have no illusions that this program saves me entirly but i'd rather block half of those bastereds then none at all. considering the amount of ip's it does block when i use p2p programs i think it does some of what it says it does.
