Regarding players, we've pretty much soaked up all the TFC'ers around ACA so I'm not sure If there's any left to refer.
My suggestion would be to join up to the GameArena ladder, you won't be able to play until you have a full team but i'm sure any decent players looking for a clan will be sticking their noses around there.
