I agree with Thau too - merging clans would be messy indeed, and ultimately could be destructive.
My opinion is that our clans are friendly anyway (which is GREAT
), and having ppl play in the other clan is fine, as long as their allegiance and commitment is to their home clan. If ppl what to transfer that allegiance over to the other clan cos they want to be a part of that clan instead, then that should be fine too, but subject to the clan's acceptance process (for zero that means a vote).
