Forum Request pps.ozclans.com

Hey there Lego. Just wanted to ask about a forum on pps.ozclans.com. I had a go at installing phpBB but php seems to be disabled on our domain? (getting open_basedir restriction errors) Or am I supposed to create a database with phpMyAdmin......? I am not sure how to go about this - but I am keen to work it out. How do I get a phpBB forum running on our site? I am not asking for tech support, I guess I am just basically asking: are all the required ingredients enabled on our site? Is the only problem my incredible idiocy? Why am I getting "Warning: open_basedir restriction in effect. File is in wrong directory in /web/clans/pps.ozclans.com/phpBB2/install/install.php on line 297", followed by a number of other errors when I try to run the install routine? Just tell me if I am ready to go and am just doing it wrong.

I have a fellow clan member working on it with me now. Is it possible to add people to an account, i.e. can I authorise another elected clan member to access the pps.ozclans.com account?
