General This friday - "fun" by oro.
no no not death by proxy

ok this is whats going to happen this week...

its going to be the first of my inititives to revive a sagging attendence.

PLEASE send me ICQ suggestions if you have a gimic that you think would be fun to play out.


Anyway, this friday.

We all join as a different name to a locked server (sorry first hour = zero only). WE MUST join as a different name to that we are known to play as.

Once were all in, we also change names randomly about 7 times just to make sure noone knows whos who.. (we change names all at once so its just like a name spam thing)...

Anyway on to the unique part, now, we orginise into 2 teams, noone is to use the say commands (team or all), or the voice communication. We can use radio commands.

Ok, now we play first to 8, then swap to opposite team, and first to 8 again.

Now after we do that, i will put mp_freezetime to HIGH, and will ask people over rcon, who they think is who.. noone is to talk.

eg,
will rcon say Whos Instinct. people will respond, then i will invite instinct to change name to instinct.

Its not only a little different, most likely will be a little fun, and also will help the team recognise the benefits of individual players, their abilities, weaknesses, and strengths, and i believe will help us 'gel' more as a team.

So i emplore people to attend this friday, the more zero's the better.

ahhhh... that was so much fun!!! Thanks oro and wd to all those that showed up - i had a blast - I only successfully guessed who insty and oro were - but I really thought doubt was blyth or cyrus!!! It was a good exercise and we should do it again IMO
