I flashed my bios....

and now i cant do anything

Computer turns on, does memory check and then freezes
i cant press del, alt-f2 nothing cannot get into anything or do anything.

I got the latest bios flash from the website for the right mobo and the flash said it went fine. then i restarted and it just stopped at end of mem test, ive skipped etc etc.

Any ideas at all?

Ok my bios stuff works now but now im back to what started the problem.
My hard drive

I have a new hard drive and when i install windows it says some error that a file cannot be copied. I have 2 copies so its not the cd.
Ive formatted and fdisked and still it cant install windows.

change your IDE cable and see if that works
if not it sounds like the RAM problem i was having

Turns out the power supply was slowly fucking up
And now it may have fryed everything because its faulty.
Mobo, chip, mem everything could be gone
