For those who do celebrate Valentines Day - what did u give, and what did u get?

I got up this morning and found a basket of special chocolate goodies, a red rose, and a helium LOVE balloon with some smaller red ballons around it - outside my kitchen window!

For my g/f I organised a professionally hand made scroll with a mushy love msg on it, that I made the words for, to be couriered to her work - it's pretty special!

Tomorrow we're going to celebrate Valentines at a pretty special restaurant. :horny:

Cookie begins his day by going over to her house at 5am in the morning, and dropping off a very cute little bear with a heart on it
it had a littel card with it. with a short poem and a mobile number to call... FACT 1 she knows i dont have a mobile... it was a mobile number to my mate, Andrew, who has a thick italian accent, and was helping me set up the day..
anyways, she called whiel we were at the gym, and my mate answered with something along the lines of " hello A*****, i am a frind of mr bear, whom you met this morning, i have this other friend who would also love to meet up with you ... at (lake 2 mins from her house) at 7pm..."

anyways it was all sorted, and she was in shock as to who it was,
i went to the lake, set up a picnic rug, and basket, with dinner that ID ACTUALLY SUCCESSFULLY COOKED!! and a large bear on the rug with a large note on it.... semi poetically written, but a long niceish letter. anyways i was sitting up the tree it was under, and the leter was 2 pages, but the second pagew as blank,
the only line it as mising was "will you be my valentine" which when she flipped the page, i called out from the tree...

and so we had a picnic dinner under the stars..

tis my claim to valentinedness for now

my valentines was spent on an airplane Bangkok ------> Sydney ----------->Brisbane...were both so tired we've postponed it till this weekend...lol...
