help! error message
Hi i have tried to install VWAR and it comes up with this error.

Warning: open_basedir restriction in effect. File is in wrong directory in /web/clans/aussieviper.ozclans.com/vwar/install/install.php on line 28

Fatal error: Failed opening required './../includes/functions_install.php' (include_path='.:/usr/local/lib/php') in /web/clans/aussieviper.ozclans.com/vwar/install/install.php on line 28

Could you please fix it, thank you
