Group R is a complete waste of space! I'm 100% certain that the project team finished up last year. Don't rely on the project manager to release resources after completing a task.

I'd like to keep it for a bit longer if possible, and with access the same as before... ie. only access to certain members (like i had before) and no other password?

shin, at the moment you may only access it via a password. Moderators of the forum have do not need to enter in a password.
