Reaction Quake 3
Clicks has added us to the Reaction Down Under Clan Listing - so that brings the total aus clans up to 5
 I really want to get some wars going for RQ3. So if you guys play it let me know asap, if you don't - start playing it. Reaction Quake 3 is a direct port of the classic Action Quake 2 mod to the quake 3 engine. That means it plays just like AQ2, but with much better graphics and even better netcode. If you never played AQ2 you were missing out. It WAS the reason games like counter-strike, day of defeat and even the commercial games like global ops, rtcw and medal of honour exist today. Gooseman was one of the big players in the A-team when they developed "action", and counter-strike received the notion of realistic guns, locational damage and "your dead for the round" directly from action. RQ3 offers the speed of play of aq2, which is more quake 1 than counter-strike, but still retains a good amount of strategy and tactics.  No cheats You knew everybody Fast Tactical Action Great Community Sadly the community is what severely lacks these days.

Your talking about the ol' Wireplay... i know i used to wub it toooo... *cries* *remeniscent* my 100-130 ping on Dail Up owned you BPA boys any day */remeniscent*Ofcourse that was back in the day when i was FIRST getting into multiplayer (and computers in general really) TFC was sooo fun, CS was helerious with the whole community on Nexty's Roger Wilco Server muahahah thou getting into the 8 player servers was a little difficult

Ah yes, those were my noob days as well, when 56K modems kicked butt and my old 33.6K still kept up pace. Cheating was unheard of and bitching was VERY rare. I had been playing Half-life deathmatch for a few months(I think) on WP when a brand new mod called TFC was released and man did it fucking own. Never really ventured onto the quake2 servers that much, those non-halflifers seemed just a little too weird and freaky Then Wireplay dropped the bombshell by opening up to BPA subscribers and the flood of foul mouthed noobs began pouring in and our cosy little community was changed forever, the opening up of WP to the net was just the nail in the coffin. However the remnants of that community still live on today in the form of clans like WHC, Zero & Evil Empire. I'm not up with what’s happening in EE (I think they're mostly Tribes 2 based these days) but I know the other two will continue to live on for a long time. Wireplay is dead and buried community wise. We can never bring it back but IMO ACA has the potential to become something simular to what WP once was.

Yeah the AQ2 days on Wireplay... as a community it was the best - 'nuff said!
That's right, Shady's back.... back again! What the fuck happened here? lol.. this new change is shit I reckon (mainly the part about being this new OzClans crap, can't wait for the newbie's to start popping up!) Anyway, basically I had a big break been busy with shit - school being one of the main reasons amongst lots of other things. I'll be back online more now too and posting here again. I just seemed to vanish eh? LOL.. I did go to Shafted earlier in the year, I think it was in like March or something lol.. saw a few people there but WHC have never really been at a big lan together before though I guess because we had some issues years ago when we tried to all register for Shafted and they fucked us so no respect there... You better be online more......... and DoD beta 3 came out this morning -> really itching to play it with the new paratroopers and fg42 paratrooper gun (the scoped automatic rifle from RTCW). Too many hours to wait  We need our old colour scheme back - It was unique

gamearena wars? wasn't me man, haven't played cs in fark can't even remember. it's like that time someone played under my name in a war and acted like a big dickhead swearing and going off and shit.. wasn't happy after that, and not happy that it's been happening again too! The only thing I've had to do with gamearena over the last few months is posting in the Racing Forum. Strat - Shifty Bastard! 'nuff said

In TFC Once, a dickhead joined with my exact name (i was in =SC-1= at the time, and so hes name was "=SC-1=Orourke" Im like riiight.... he claimed to had started the clan 2 weeks ago (which was false as Thanatos had started the clan about a month bfor... sufficet to say i got an admin in to ban hes ass

Was playing it last night - make sure you have beta 2.1 too.
The m4 in aq2/rq3 is the one that all others are compared to, and they fail miserable. The recoil, sound, killing effeciency phwoar.Topped 2 maps with it - 100+ kills each map in teamplay mode
