How to disable TV out?

I cannot seem to play DVD's on my PC.
PowerDVD tells me to disable TV out before I can play them.
WinDVD won't play at all, I get audio..but just a blank screen.

Iv found out that if I install TNT2 drivers without TV, it works...but then my games don't work as well.
