Slight problem with current setup

Basically we are having problems with our PHP website, and I was wondering if the open_basedir restriction could be lifted, for testing if not indefinetly. The problem we are having can be found:

Personally, I dont know a great deal about PHP, so im taking a punt here. Any other ideas/help on how to fix the login problem would be very very welcome.
