Default Goon's weekly review. This time, Jeepers Creepers 2!

Okay, I didn't go into this movie expecting much. From the get go, it looked like it was going to be your basic Teenage slasher flick.

And it was.

Basically, the plot goes like so. Since its conception, an ancient evil thing, the "Creeper", awakens every 23rd spring to feed for 23 days. What it feeds on, I'm sure you can guess.

On the dusking of the 22 day, enter a busload of Highschool/College kids. Creeper uses a funky shuriken to blow a tyre, night falls, chaos ensues.

The acting in this movie was bordering on C-grade. You'll see a few faces you think you've seen before, but you just can't place them. Still, a few of said faces get eaten anyway, so it's all good.

I don't think I really need to explain what occurs in the movie. Although, for a Horror movie, the gore was strangely lacking. I mean, it's not like it's got "Cabin Fever" type gore in it (Cabin Fever was a recently released horror flick; worth a laugh if you can spare two hours).

To basically sum it up, you could do worse for whatever the cost of a ticket is at your local theatre. Semi-okay timekilling stuff here folks, nothing more.

Rating:Halfway between Mojo's Monkey and Para's Aardvark.

Rating Legend:
Explosive's Mum (Top Ranking)
Zsinj's Llama (Good)
Para's Aardvark (Fair)
Mojo's Monkey (Poor)
Sammo's Sonic Avatar (...) *runs*

By the by, I wrote this at midnight. Any spelling errors can be blamed on my lack of sleep.
