I'm gonna be bringing my video cam (couldn't help it when I heard XcoR's gonna be breakdancing ) so I hope y'all aren't camera shy.

And any chance we can get to Magnetic Island on Sunday? Or will everyone be hungover?

it's a shame we never figured out the 101st team song...i'd be able to edit the footage to it...

you know...i really love how airlines work...it is cheaper for me to fly to brisbane on virgin...and then fly to townsville on virgin than it is to fly straight to townsville on qantas...madness...

When I went to Sydney, it was cheaper to fly on Qantas by like, 50.00.

yeah...and the shame of it all...the stop overs in brisbane are only an hour long...long enough to be boring...not long enough to go to the games workshop store (yes lady and gentlemen...i am a nerd...)

I found only a $10 difference between Virgin and Qantas. If Qantas had better connections I would have paid the extra $10 but they didn't so I stuck with Virgin. I have 2 hours in Brisbane on the way there and 2 hours in Sydney on the way back. Oh joy of joys.

An hour will go fast Zsinj, considering you have to board around 20 mins before the flight, not to mention finding your gate and having a drink at the bar.

How many drinks can I squeeze into 2 hours? Hmm, a challenge!

yeah, but $7 more for a direct flight is appealing...you see mel i live 8 hours (by car) north of brisbane...and 8 hours (by car) south of townsville...the idea of going all that way south just to go all that way and more north again...well...it insults my sense of efficiency...

I aint camera shy... but like its weird 'performing' without any other breakers... because when there is another breaker there you can 'battle' them, and it gives you more stuff to do/beat of the other person...

Remember - you have to pay for stuff on Virgin (like coffee, soft drinks) which you don't on Qantas (only pay for alcohol there).

I hate Virgin with a passion. Stupid little seats they have and sodded if I'm paying for that lousy coffee! (Or those lousy headphones for that matter....*mutters*)

true that jantar, but for those of us that are very very poor (please sir...may i have another?) the cheap-assness of virgin often wins out...and i can usually go an hour without consuming something...worse comes to worse i can eat that kidney...

I feel the same way zsinj (apart from the kidney eating thing). It's only a two hour flight to each stop-over, I'm paying enough for the flight as it is, I am officially broke, I can last two hour without eating something. Or, I can take stuff with me. Or, I can beg people for food. There's always ways around things.

Ok, now I hate Virgin too. I was originally going to come home on a flight leaving at 11am to get home just before 6pm, but when I went to book my flights the cheap seats on that flight had gone. Today I went back to look over my booking (I do that because it makes me happy, hehe!) and they had returned the cheap 11am flight, not just one, but three of them!!! GRRR!!! I could have got home 2 hours earlier
