sgl admin?

hey ppl i am after an admin for the ozforces dust server.
2 questions,
how would someone be able to becomes an admin ?
how do u ban hackers as i have to won id's of hackers?

how do i know they hack , they were using re spawning hack for one thing
won id 1933328 pnut knife tally
won id 755667 pnut nebri

how do i know they used respawn hack? because i killed then both once in a round and the same round they came and got me

First off, Admins, yer we give admin to everyone who asks, especially when they are such intricate members of the community <see 3 posts or more>

Secondly we ban ppl on site without any supporting evidence, who needs demos or even screenies for that matter!

And Thirdly everyone posts all there server quiries in Forum Request as oppossed to either Soap Box or General Chat.

Gameops on ozclans-aca must fit certain criteria (which will be outlined to you in the coming days, we are still getting everything up and running). They are usually members of the community that most people know and they would usually participate in a clan that has a membership to the community. They must prove their responsibility as they have access to a number of servers.

Cons summed it up well enough, I think. I'll be writing some ground rules and application requirements at some point (unless someone above me wants to do that instead) for the Ops. Things are just pretty busy at the moment, but it will get done.

THANKS HEAPS DUDES FOR YOUR REPLIES AND I HOPE U GUYS OR GALS CAN WORK IT OUT BECAUSE THE OZFORCES SERVERS ARE REALLY COOL EXCEPT FOR THE PROBLEM WITH THE LAG

my player name is -]RoD[-EvilGod and i am very well known on the ozforces servers and u would see by the stats pages that myself and the clan are always there, hence the reason being a regular player ( Every day :p ) i would like to submit o form or something to allow admin status for the servers.

Lag? ozforces/sgl ? don't think so. but either way there is a network upgrade happening tomorrow which should speed things up

yeah soz to tell ya dude but yeah lag and plenty of it
i am on adsl and normally get 40 ping but unfortunatly ozforces has been gettin me up to 400 ping , it been doing it for about 3 weeks now so i guess u guys didnt know about it ha.

ive been playing on sgl servers fine... but not ozforces ones.. I dont play on them much as we don't look after them (only the ones with SGL or ACA in the names we look after)

what adsl provider are you on?

soz man i am talkin about the ozforces dust server and i was told that sgl are the ones who run it.

can u let me know also plz the other server sgl run and the ip's for counterstrike.

1 last thing , a guy tonight was using speed hacks and stuff his won id is 611939

For the time being, we're not taking any new GameOps. In the event we make an exception, it will be for someone who is a well known and respected contributor to the community.

how do u become one of those, because myself and my clan are always around and well known

and lastly on the ozforses dust only server it is run by sgl to and was wanting to find a way of stopping the hackers somehow as there was another guy last night using wall hacks?

dont mean to be a pain soz

if only to try and get admin for that server maybe ?

Im on adsl too, ive been experiencing nice pings on Ozforces servers.. (sub 50 pings)

ok np u cant define anything for me, but is there a chance for an admin to come to the ozforces/sgl dust server to try and take care of all the hackers that seem to have a free run of that server?
