Hey, when i try and log into my ftp for my hosted website, i use this username + my forums pw.
331 User mikael_ OK. Password required
COMMAN> PASS *****
530 Authentication failed, sorry
can someone help me asap ?

Your username should be mikael_ <subdomain>, so for instance if my subdomain was bob, my username would be "Thanatos bob".
