If so do they count to your cap?

If it counts to your cap tack come have a game on GA.. my pings are usually sub 20, and the indiginous users usually get between 20-50..

I usually play on #3.. but it depends

still it has servers all bundled up ok, pain in the fucken arse but for five minutes and sub 20 pings I wasn't going to complain
