Past few months have been a bit wonky in my life - so I haven't had much time to run WHC.


I'm curious to hear from the members where you want the clan to go? I'm sorta waiting for v1.1 of Natural Selection, other games I'm not sure about at the moment...

Lets face it, TFC is well and truely dead and WC3 is just a game some of us play for kicks.

Regarding BF1942, I don't know about anyone else but I haven't played it since Desert Combat came out. I'd be all for a DC division assuming there was enough interest in it, though I would suggest we just hang back on that until the DC scene gets a bit more established.

We should still keep having NS wars from time to time while we wait for v1.1 and the GA ladder (anyone playing on the servers keep a lookout for war opportunities). I also suggest that we play NS together once a week whether it be a war, a practice or just messing around on our server. But I say we don't be nazi's about it, if ppl can't turn up then cool.

Lastly, I reckon we axe the TFC and WC3 forums.

yeh how about we just become teh 1337357 trash-talking clan and never play any games? I don't think we even need to practice for that, just dump on any clan we come across with infuriatingly witty put-downs. While we regularly get whipped by 13 year-olds in fps, the best abuse they can raise is generally something like: "...err... your mum smells" (why is it always mum jokes with these kids?)

re: wc3.. I sadly have to agree. I personally play wc3 pretty much every day and it's pretty much the only thing I've played for months. Unfortunately not many of you others do or can play it for various reasons.

re: TFC... hmm I guess. Just seems a shame given it's where WHC has its roots (*snigger*). I'm secretly hoping that Halflife 2 will either come with or be followed soon after by tfc2. I guess we can shut down tfc for now. Hopefully hl2 will spawn new mods and recreations of existing mods, maybe even cs and ns.

Remember we have a server now, and we can try pretty much anything which has a linux server version available. I'm going to be going to some local LANs run by the SLAK boys here in Melbourne, so if anything looks promising I'll be sure to suggest it.

Yeah theres no reason why we can't resurrect TF again when/if the next big thing comes out. Hopefully it will come with a better community too

I haven't given up on wc3, it's just there are too many games(and mum jokes) eating up my game time atm.

Lately I have been playing QuakeWorld Team Fotress ALOT. Its so great, the community is really small, everyone knows each other, and the game is awesome fun.

Im kind of disenchanted with NS, with all the bugs, and gayness, when NS 1.1 comes out ill get back into it again though.

I love this clan becouse we dont take it seriously, who cares if we loose, its just a game, your meant to be having fun - and thats how it should stay
