Your a moderator of your forum, and yes you can edit and delete threads. Visit a a thread in your forum, and look for the admin options at the bottem left of the page.

An admin of what?
When you sign up for a forum, you automatically become an admin of your forum.

ok i clicked on the "administrative options: user options" at the bottom of the page, and i get this:

You do not have permission to access this page. This could be due to one of several reasons:
You do not have permission to access the page that you were trying to. Are you trying to edit someone else's post or trying to access administrative features? Check that you are allowed to perform this action in the Forum Rules.

Your wrong chimp, you don't get that error when you get a failed login in the admin CP. Antone, you are a moderator of your forum. I think you are clicking the wrong thing.

At the bottem of each thread there is a drop down menu box, titled "Admin Options". From there you can sticky, close, open and move threads. You should also be able to "edit" any users post.

you are retarded

if i try to login to that section i get the error that antone is complaining of.. when you try to click on the user options thing UNLESS your account is setup to be able to view it (super mod/mod) then you will get the error.

Stop arguing with me on this lego.

he is clicking on the "user options" link when you view someones profile..

as far as i can tell he is trying to edit/ban users which obviously is impossible as a moderator for 1 forum.

heh - Antone, if you want to ban a person from your forum, use the clan control manager.
